Dreaming about Atlanta's Next Chapter

A history buff with a passion for people, Mike speaks of a tangible mystery felt when he walks into a neglected home. "I enjoy peeling back the layers and finding inspiration to create new life so these structures can begin again."

Mike expresses his thoughts. "There are still many stories yet to unfold in Atlanta's diverse culture. I want to be a part of revisioning these magnificent older homes for the next chapter... and all the stories yet to be lived."

Artistic Dwellings opened its doors in early 2017 and is the manifestation of Mike Smith's passion for injecting new life into historic homes throughout the intown Atlanta Area.
